@jrem7315 If you can send me the link of the video where I can find the sound you would like to hear in-game instead of the default one - I'll make transmission-shift mod. It should be in the same file, yeah.

@bmw740il you can just find this sound in the vehicle.awc file, tell me the name of it, and I'll send you silenced version of it. Or, alternatively, you can do it yourself by extracting this file as written in readme, open any DAW, silence it and export, then convert it into PCM using python script that I mention in the readme file and replace it. Maybe that'll do. Also, although I didn't try it myself, you can redact .oac file by finding that sound and change his headroom to different values and then replace vehicle.awc in the gamefolder with that file.
*but remember always make a backup.
@bmw740il I didn't notice, for me everything is working:
01) when I cross red curbs I hear the sound
02) when I fall after a stunt - there is a sound

@Lightmare2000 I constantly modding my game and adding/removing something, I removed Lively World and it seemed to me that that solved the problem, but I got crashed after an hour without that mod. So I re-installed it, and for me crashes are like once in 2 hours. It is enough for me. So maybe Lively World is not a promblem after all, after you remove some of its features:
01) EventFrecuency=25, EventCooldown=60, InteractionFrecuency=25, InteractionCooldown=60, InteractionRange=30 (but this was disabled so I don't know if it does anything), TruckRespray=false (LivelyWorld.ini)
02) Probability of all air spawn to 0, turn off all the most frequent events (like every 5 minutes) Tow event, GangDriveby event, CarCarryingBike scenario (on every fkg car), PoliceCarryingBike (liky why?), ImprovedTowtrucks, PlayerCoolCarPhoto (why that annoying camera change, and it is in the Vanila version of the game anyway) (LivelyWorld.xml)
Try these approaches. In my experience that should help at least a little.
@Lightmare2000 It is, I removed it and everything runs smooth.
For all those who struggle with planes there is .xml file. Just turn probaility of all "air" transport to 0. It'll help somewhat, but script'll ultimatelly crash the game now and then.
There is that problem with Companion.wallet() when there is an attack on the hideout (every 10 minutes, I wish I could adjust that) and I am not there and have less money that they want to deduct, the script just crushes.
Is it possible to add patrol for a day around the vehicle if I left it (so I can't use it anymore)?
I can't fathom why isn't it №1 mod and why I don't see streamers/youtubers use this increadibly beautiful mod
@adopcalipt I just want to thank you for being a part of great team of incredible talanted people who are making mods and bringing new life into the game and making such good stuff.
